Dance for Health and Wellbeing
Dance Base is developing projects that harness the power of dance to support and nurture health and wellbeing, in partnership with health and social care partners, other arts organisations and the third sector.

Dance for Parkinson's
Weekly movement and exercise classes for people living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers across Scotland.
Inclusive Classes
Weekly dance classes specifically designed for disabled and non-disabled dancers to take part together.

Sunday Sessions
Our Sunday Sessions create spaces for communities and groups who are important to us, and who would benefit from using our spaces.
Performance Companies
Dance Base’s youth and elder performance companies are based at Dance Base and perform in Edinburgh and across Scotland each year.

Reports & Studies
