With roots in African, Irish and English dance traditions, Tap is a fun, rhythmic and percussive genre where dancers use shoes with steel plates on the toes and heels to tap rhythms on the floor.

Specially designed for confident dancers over 60 who have attended some previous terms of Tap Beginners or equivalent, this Vintage Improvers class will help you build short routines in a variety of musical styles while progressing your Tap technique and learning more challenging steps and rhythms.

Get deeper into the rhythms of tap.

Please wear comfortable clothing and tap shoes. Don’t forget to bring your bottle of water!
