About the Class
Wednesday 14th October
10:30-12:00 | 16+ | Free Class
With Artist in Residence: Taine McKinstray
Taine will be leading a professional level Contemporary Dance class that explores the use of momentum in floor work. Combining both improvisation and set exercises, we will find pathways in and out of the floor, led by both weight and how our bodies act against and with gravity.
