Join us for a fun, dynamic, dance workout and unwind from your day, leaving stronger, healthier and happier!

Learn routines set to a variety of music styles including pop, disco and musical theatre. Our classes offer lively choreography suitable for all levels. We’ll help you improve cardio fitness, coordination, agility and flexibility.

Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers. Don’t forget to bring your bottle of water!

PLEASE NOTE: The teacher uses coloured disco lights in this class. Please speak to reception and/or the teacher if you have any problems with flashing lights.

Meet the Teachers

Pirita Tuisku

Pirita is a Finnish Dance artist based in Edinburgh.

She has been working as a dancer, choreographer and teacher in Finland as well as in Scotland, in places like Surraa Productions, Oulu Dance Academy, Dance Base, Neu Reekie, Edinburgh International Festival and Neo Productions.

Pirita has also been a visiting teacher for National School of Arts, Moving into Dance, Mophatong and Jozi Youth Dance Academy in South Africa. The last project she worked on as a dance artist was in Hong Kong.

As a versatile artist, she has over a decade of experience working in different fields in dance, her passion is to create work that will engage with audiences, emerge with different art forms, and bring alive topics from daily life.

Her main dance practise in in Contemporary dance, but she has trained in many other styles as well from Street styles to Latin styles.

She mostly now teaches Contemporary dance, Reggaeton, Latin styles and Fusion classes. From her classes she hoped to get people inspired, sweaty and full of positive energy!

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear – clean trainers are great for this class.

Don’t forget your bottle of water – dancing is sweaty work.
