Rosie Kay Dance Company
Rosie Kay Dance Company will be rehearsing and re-working their award-winning production, 5 Soldiers- The Body is The Frontline. Originally created in 2010, following a period of research where choreographer Rosie Kay joined an infantry battalion and then studied the impact of injury on soldiers at Headley Court, the production was revived in 2015 and toured to theatres and military bases receiving 5 star reviews and awards for its moving portrayal of the embodied experience of a soldier. RKDC are re-working the piece with two new dancers joining the cast, in preparation for a Scottish tour to two theatres and three military bases. Please join us for company class and an incredible chance to see the work in the studio, close up and very personal, before 5 Soldiers embarks on a national tour.
