Rhiana Laws

Rhiana is a Contemporary Dance Artist who has taken dance to all sorts of unusual places across the UK and abroad – from housing estates and prisons to forests, train stations and bin lorries, Rhiana is good at getting people moving, performing and having fun. Specialising in delivering projects for marginalised and hard to reach young people and adults in prison and the community, and in Artist Training and Mentoring, Rhiana is currently enjoying delivering dance for people with Parkinson's Disease and choreographing short performance pieces for dancers aged 60+. Rhiana offers a welcoming class with lyrical, feel-good movements that embrace the joy and vitality of the moving body. Expect uplifting music, a class which will develop over five days offering an introduction to Contemporary Dance Technique at General Level, with a focus on dance that enlivens the body and enriches the soul!
