Lindsey Cheyne

Lindsey's passion for dance started at three years old with Highland Dancing, where she placed in the top 10 overall at the World Juvenile Championships.

In completion of a full-time dance college course, she danced professionally for 15 years. Dancing in theatres across the UK, where she travelled worldwide on cruise ships with Royal Caribbean, Jean Ann Ryan Productions, and Cunard to name a few.

Her journey as a Dance Captain began with Peter Grey Terhune Presents, which led her to become an associate choreographer for the company. Taught their production casts and installed the shows aboard Regents, Seven Seas Navigator, Mariner and Voyager before hanging up her dancing shoes and returning closer to home.

She holds teaching qualifications in Highland, Tap and Jazz, a YMCA Studio Instructors qualification, and is currently in her final year of the CBTS course with the Royal Academy of Dance.

Lindsey remains as passionate about dance as she was at three years old, which is clear through her high-energy and fun classes.
