Monday 11 - Friday 15 December
‘Tackle’ is an exploration of masculinity and its many forms. Set within the context of a five a side football match, the work explores themes that challenge modern society’s perception of what it means to be male identifying.
The work is in its very early stages and the residency at Dance Base will be a chance for myself and my dancers to investigate and explore themes and ideas present in football and queer culture, whilst examining the similarities and the broad spectrum of masculinity.
