About DEBS

Every year, Dance Base offers a group of emerging dancers and physical performers a place on our Dancers Emerging Bursary Scheme (DEBS).

This year, the DEBS Neve Campbell, Shoan P McKay, Elena Harrington and Mickey Jenkins have been mentored by internationally acclaimed and award winning disabled dancer, choreographer and artistic director, Marc Brew.

The DEBS also receive free professional classes and workshops at Dance Base, free selected community classes, and two week-long group residencies at Dance Base and free studio space.
