Saturday 18 May

We open our beautiful studios and invite you to join PRIME for inspiring fun. Have a gentle, enjoyable class designed for mature bodies, or join a mat class of easy Pilates exercises.

Then an informal gathering, to chat about how moving makes the ageing process progress with ease and joy.

Later, PRIME perform from their repertoire, inviting special friends to join them. Outside the studio, there will be a silent auction throughout the day featuring signed copies of beautiful books and other donated treats – closing after the performance.

PRIME are Scotland’s first semi-professional dance company for dancers over 60. They have performed new work and changed perceptions of dance for years. All events will be Pay What You Can on the day, and all donations will go towards the future of PRIME.

All parts of the day are bookable separately via eventbrite. Bookings will be live from 11.00 on Friday 19 April, and each will have a link below.
