Meeting Room 1
Looking onto the Grassmarket, this room seats 12 around a boardroom table, or 25 people in theatre style. It’s also a great space for rehearsals and tables are all on wheels with lift up tops for easy storage.
There’s a monitor complete with webcam and a meeting room speaker can be borrowed for video conferencing and online teaching. Access to basic kitchen facilities and building communal areas included.
There is level access from street level via a lift to the main reception, which is adjacent to this room.
It costs £30 per hour plus VAT, or £150 per day. Normally available 10.00 – 21.00 Monday – Friday and 10.00 – 17.00 Saturday and Sunday.
Meeting Room 2
This room seats up to six around a single large table. It has a monitor with speakers, webcam and microphone and is perfect for private meetings needing others to participate remotely.
Access to a shared kitchen and communal spaces in the building is included.
There is level access from street level via a lift to the main reception and a lightly sloping ramp.
It costs £20 per hour plus VAT, or £100 per day. This space is currently available Monday – Friday 10.00 – 17.00.
