TERMS & CONDITIONS
Latecomers will not be admitted to a performance, and will not be eligible for a refund.
Dance Base management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any audience members from a performance on the basis of any disruptive behaviour.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Dance base performances are non-refundable. If we are informed with enough advance notice of any reason why you are unable to attend a performance, we may be able to exchange your booking to another performance of the same show, subject to availability and subject to price differences being paid. There are no refunds for health related reasons.
If a show at Dance Base is cancelled, we will get in touch with all customers who have booked to let them know and offer to exchange to another performance of the same show. Where this is not possible, we will be able to offer an exchange to a different Dance Base performance or a refund.
DANCE BASE FESTIVAL 22 - COVID POLICIES
Dance Base is closely monitoring Scottish Government guidance regarding Covid 19 and putting several measures in place to ensure the health, safety and confidence of our staff, performers and audiences.
Testing and Symptoms
We do not require individuals to test negative before attending our venue. However, we would encourage everybody to pay close attention to their general health and not attend their event if they develop any symptoms of Covid19, *follow guidance*.
Symptoms of coronavirus include:
In and around the building
Unless choosing to use our café/bar, we would recommend you arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before your show is due to begin to minimise the number of people queuing in the building at any one time and to allow everybody plenty of space.
We are backing the ‘Distance Aware’ scheme, respecting individuals who would still choose to continue social distancing or taking additional precautions in public spaces to feel safe. Click here to find out more about Distance Aware.
Face coverings are no longer mandatory under Scottish Government guidance, but you may choose to wear one in our public areas and in the performance venues if you wish. Please be respectful of anybody who chooses to wear a mask.
Cleaning & Ventilation
Our building is thoroughly cleaned overnight, and our team of staff will periodically clean touchpoints throughout the building.
Our public areas will remain well ventilated, and performance spaces will be ventilated in between uses to allow fresh air to circulate.
There are hand washing facilities available in all toilet areas of the building, and hand sanitising points available throughout the building.
