How it works
Courses are sold in terms of 11, 12, or 13 weeks. They can be booked in advance and are paid for either in advance or with an instalment plan. Drop-in classes go on sale 24 hours before the class but can also be bought at the last minute (subject to availability).
Try Before You Buy
Love to dance but unsure which style or level to go for? Try a class absolutely FREE before deciding if it’s the one for you. Drop in to any course in the first two weeks of term and have a go with no obligation! TBYB places on courses are subject to availability and can only be booked in person at reception. TBYB is not applicable to drop-in only classes or classes that come as a course and drop-in option.
Be rewarded every time you dance! Sign up for a Dance Card and start earning points right away. Earn 1 dance point for every £1 spent on courses, drop-in classes and workshops. Redeem points at the equivalent of 10p per point. For example, you can earn enough points for a free drop-in just by buying a term’s course.
Feeling lucky? Win back the cost of your course for just £1. You can buy as many Lucky Tickets as you like - the more you buy, the more chance you have of winning.
Buy your Lucky Ticket when purchasing your course. The draw will take place in the fourth week of term. All proceeds go to our Community Projects. The Lucky Ticket is available to over 16s only.
Concession prices are available to anyone who is receiving income support or Jobseeker's Allowance, a student, under 24, over 60, disabled, entertainment union member or a Big Issue Vendor. Concessionary rates cannot be given without proof of eligibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
All courses are non-refundable, but credit will be issued if you notify us in the first two weeks of term that you need to cancel your course. Please note that cancellations are subject to terms and conditions. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
Latecomers will not be admitted to class more than 15 minutes after it is due to start. This is both for safety and to prevent disruption to the class.
Cancellations for workshops must be requested two days prior to workshop date. Cancellations for drop-in classes must be requested one hour prior to start time.
Spread the cost
To make things easier, courses can be paid for in three instalments, with the first payment taken on booking. Terms and conditions apply. You must pay all three instalments regardless of whether or not you complete the course, or receive a credit. A £3 card processing fee will be split between the second and third instalments. If purchasing multiple instalment plans in a single transaction, the fee only applies once.
Instalments are taken as follows:
