Covering the fundamentals of yoga practise, each class will have a particular focus, for example standing poses or forward bends, and we will also explore linking poses as in a Vinyasa or Ashtanga class. This class will allow beginners to learn to use each posture safely and effectively while also allowing those with more experience to deepen their understanding of their practise. You will leave the studio feeling peaceful and centred.
