Feldenkrais® works by calming your relationship with yourself – reminding your nervous system that it is OK to let go of the day as you head into the night. Feldenkrais® is open to anyone who has a body and a mind that enjoys exploring. In the comfort of your own space and guided by Alan's voice, the aim to is to prepare you to get the most out of the all-important period of rest and restoration.
