Board members are required to attend the full length of each meeting and must attend a minimum of 50% of meetings each year to continue in post. Any member who attends less regularly than this may be asked by the Chair to resign. No expenses can be claimed, unless otherwise agreed with the General Manager.
This is a non-remunerated position.
