Over 60? Come and join Golden.

It’s never too late to dance…or talk, laugh and generate ideas for a class which will hopefully evolve into unique performance group. Dance Base’s Artistic Director Morag Deyes leads this exciting new project with energising, gentle warm-ups and dances inspired by you. We’ll do a bit of everything from Tai Chi to a little Belly Dance to Jazz and maybe even some easy Ballet. In fact, we will see where the mood takes us. The routines will be an easygoing mix of grace, style and sass.

Golden is the seed for a larger project that seeks to have people who like to dance, and who are also over 60 years old come together for a bit of fun, and, maybe one day, a performance related to their lives now, experiences of the past and hopes for the future.

You should have at least one year’s experience (any year and any dance style)
