Now you've got the basics down, it's time to take it to the next level. In this class you will learn how to create your own 'sets' (routines) with more advanced skills in toprock, footwork and power moves to prepare you for the circle and help you discover your own style.
Wear comfortable loose clothing and indoor trainers.
