Always wanted to get fit, healthy and feel great, but loathe the gym? Well, this intensive two days of dance fitness is the solution!
Scheduled to kick start your summer fitness regime, this isn’t your average, stressful boot camp, or even the boring classes you get at your local gym. This intensive day offers the variety of SIX hours of fun-filled classes at the spectacular, award-winning studios in the Grassmarket.
You will have an enormous choice of dance classes ranging from dynamic jazz, to toning ballet. You don’t need to have dance experience to join, but you need to love to get fit, healthy and enjoy dancing to great music.
