Level: Level 2 60 min drop-in Drop-in 60min Instructor: Emma Park
Monday: In this class we begin with standing exercises followed by simple travelling sequences, focusing on alignment and a dynamic use of the body in space.
Tuesday: Playful and physical, this class will combine technical exercises with momentum fuelled travelling to develop an articulate vocabulary that moves in and out of the floor.
We recommend loose comfortable clothing and bare feet.
