Holistic Massage £35 (60 mins)/£45 (90 mins)

oil-based massage which can help ease tension and stress, enhance circulation, improve muscle tone and promote healing. Incorporating deep-tissue, sports and therapeutic massage techniques, treatments can be focused to emphasise relaxation and centring or to assist in pain and injury management.

Dynamic Bodywork £35 (60 mins)/£45 (90 mins)

This treatment draws on bodywork techniques such as yoga-massage, shiatsu and the Eyerman Technique, aiming to increase awareness, integrity and ease in movement. Working clothed, the recipient is engaged in a dynamic exploration of body structure and use in movement, through gentle stretches and manipulations, subtle energy balancing and a focus on the breath.

Acupuncture is a holistic approach to the management of disease as well as a way of maintaining a healthy body and mind. The exact pattern and degree of disharmony is unique to each individual and using traditional acupuncture, will be treated as such with a personalised treatment plan.
