Richard Worth
Richard has been a rock climber, mountaineer, runner and cyclist for over thirty years. He started personal training in New York at the request of friends, and became certified as a trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In 1998, he began to investigate Pilates, as a way to repair his own somewhat over-trained and injured body, and naturally progressed to teaching in 2002, after training in the Polestar method. Richard has taught many kinds of clients from top-level athletes and dancers to people with chronic illnesses and injuries.
