Angela Watson

Before embarking on a teaching career Angela was a professional dancer for eleven years during which she worked with ballet and modern companies touring the world. Her last engagement was in London with Doorway Dance Company dancing for Yehudi Menuhin’s 80th birthday. Angela is a fully qualified Royal Academy of Dance teacher. Before returning to her native Edinburgh, Angela taught for many years in Cape Town. Angela now runs her own dance school in Colinton as well as teaching the dance and drama students at Telford College. Angela feels very privileged to be one of the Dance Base teachers.
