Abby Warrilow

Abby is a choreographer and director with an international reputation who has received a number of accolades for her work. Her choreography career has seen her work on the sets of major feature films, theatrical productions, high-end commercials and music videos for clients such as Polydor, Paramount Pictures and Scottish Opera. Abby studied dance and film in parallel completing courses at the Laban centre, London and the University of Brighton. Abby has always used Pilates to maintain fitness and strength and has recently studied matwork in Vancouver, she now uses this practical knowledge to help others achieve core fitness.
