"Contrology (Pilates) is complete co-ordination of body, mind and spirit" - Joseph Pilates. Improvers Pilates is suitable for people who have completed at least one term of beginners Pilates and ujnderstand the basic principles.

We will continue to work on core strength and stability, flexibility and posture, while gradually increasing the challenge.
