Gentle Ballet

These classes will have all the right ingredients for a fun and gentle dose of ballet. From barre work to centre practice, your muscles will be reminded in a gentle way to lengthen and turn out. Musicality, length of line and working to your abilities and beyond will leave you wanting more and feeling great.

Wear comfortable clothing but not too loose. Ballet classes can be done in bare feet or soft ballet shoes.

Book your drop-in class online on the day using your credit/debit card (+ £1 card fee) or you can use credit on your Dance Card and skip the card fee.

Not enough credit on your Dance Card? Your place will be reserved until 30 minutes before the start of the class.
