This class uses learning through play to help the children develop their co-ordination, balance, and awareness.Working together also encourages confidence and builds social skills in a relaxed and fun environment.

Wear comfortable loose clothing and bare feet. All children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are encouraged to take their shoes and socks off and join in!

Please do book online from 9.30am or come to reception as close to 10.30 as possible to book in person as the class gets very busy and we have a limited number of places.

We have a lovely children's play area that you can enjoy while you wait.

Unfortunately, we cannot let participants over 10 minutes late into the class.
