As Suspended Motion, Danuta Ramos and Ian Henderson continue their exploration of circus arts and their integration with dance and theatre. On a physical level this residency will focus on extending spatial boundaries outwards and upwards, through use of aerial silks and floor-based acro-balance/dance work. We will be looking at the expressive potential of silks as a theatrical prop rather than a purely physical apparatus.

Free Company Classes: Thursday 18 & 25 Mar, 10.00 – 11.30
Company class will be a chance to join the company in a creative exploration of silks and floor work rather than a technical aerial or dance class. Limited capacity.
